Prerequisites
Before signing up, make sure that:
You have a valid email address
You can access your email to receive verification messages
Your password meets the required password criteria

1. Sign up with Email
You can create a Personal Account using one of the following methods:
Navigation Oten Account | Secure Your Identity
Click hyperlink Sign up
Choose optional → Personal
Click button Continue
Enter your Email Address and Password
I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy policy.
Click button Create account
Verify → Email
The user signs in with a Google account, receives a verification code, and uses the code to verify the email address and complete account creation.
Get Code from email
Enter the verification code to complete the verification
Note: If you do not receive the verification code, see What should I do if I don't receive a verification code when signing up or forgot password?
Display → Oten Welcome page
Noted : After completion, you can sign in using your email and password.
2. After account creation
Once your account is created, you can:
Sign in to the application
Update your profile
Start using available features
Additional notes
Email verification is required only once
Google sign-up still requires password creation for email/password sign-in
If you do not receive a verification email, you can request it again from the Sign Up page
