Sign in with Email and Password

Scope

This document describes how users sign in to an existing account using Email and Password, including any additional security verification steps such as MFA or Passkey authentication.

Once an account has been created, all users sign in using the same primary method: Email and password.

I am new. Where should I start?

Purpose

This guide helps users understand:

• How to sign in using email and password

• What additional security verification may be required

• What happens after a successful sign-in

Prerequisites

Before signing in, make sure that:

• Your account has already been created

• You know your registered email address and password

• You have access to your email or authentication device if additional verification is enabled

I already understand. How do I proceed step by step?

1. Sign In with Email and Password

Step 1 : Open the Sign in page.

Step 2 : Enter your email address and password.

Step 3 : Click button Sign In.

2. Additional Security Verification (If Enabled)

If you have enabled Multi-factor authentication (MFA) or Passkey authentication, an additional verification step is required after entering your email and password.

Option A: Authenticator App (MFA)

• Select Authenticator as the verification method.

• Open your authenticator app on your mobile phone or iPad.

• Enter the verification code displayed in the app.

• Sign-in is completed automatically once the verification code is validated.

Option B: Email verification

• Select Email as the verification method.

• Check your email inbox for the verification message.

• Enter the verification code provided.

• Sign-in is completed automatically verification code is validated.

Option C: Passkey verification

• Default Passkey as the verification method.

• Click button Continue

• Verify your identity using a registered passkey.

• Follow the on-screen instructions provided by your device to complete verification.

3. Result

You will be redirected to your account dashboard after successful sign-in.

Additional notes

• Email verification is required only once.

• Both sign-in methods remain available after account creation.

• If you forget your password, use the Forgot password option.
