Q: Where can I update my personal information?
A: You can find and edit all your personal details by going to your Dashboard -> Main Menu -> Personal Info.

A: It helps personalize your experience and ensures you can recover your account smoothly if you ever get locked out.
Q: Who can see my personal info page?
A: Only you. This page is private. No one else, including third parties, can access or change your details.
Q: What information can I edit?
A: You can edit three main sections:
Basic Info: Your first and last name, gender, and birthday.
Contact Info: Your primary email and phone number.
Security & Preferences: Your password, display language, and time zone.
Q: What information is "View only"?
A: You can see your account creation date and when it was last updated, but you cannot change this information.
Q: How do I actually make a change?
A: Just click the Edit icon (✏️) next to the section you want to update, enter the new details, and hit Save.
Q: What is the "Verified badge" for?
A: This badge appears next to your email or phone number to confirm it has been successfully verified. This helps keep your account secure.
Q: What happens if I change my verified email or phone number?
A: You will need to complete the verification process (using an OTP) again for the new email or phone number to get the badge back.

A: Yes. For example, names must be text-only (under 50 characters), phone numbers must include a country code (like +84), and your birthday must be a date in the past.
