5. Manage subscriptions
What you’ll do: View and manage your personal application subscriptions; this includes adding, upgrading, or unsubscribing from apps as a personal account. And business account with relevant roles to subscribe and unsubscribe from organization-enabled applications, controlling access and usage for your specific workspace teams/members.
Why it matters: This centralized oversight ensures compliance, manages access, and guarantees only authorized, approved applications are available to teams.
Steps:
Visit the Oten Store.
After logged in, click on your profile icon and select menu my subscriptions.
Review the list of applications you’ve subscribed to,
Select an app to Unsubscribe that is no longer in used.
