View Activity log

Use Activity log to track all actions related to your account, including sign-ins, security events, and system activities.

1. View activity log

  1. Go to Home

  2. Tap View all under Recent activity or access Activity log from Profile

👉 You will see a list of events with:

  • Action name

  • Time

  • Location

  • Severity level


2. Filter activity

Use filters at the top to narrow down results:

  • Date range → select a time period

  • Action type → filter by event type

  • Severity → filter by importance level

Severity levels

  • INFO → normal activity

  • SECURITY → important security-related action

  • WARN → unusual activity

  • ERROR → failed action

  • CRITICAL → high-risk or sensitive action


3. View activity details

Tap any activity to see full details.

Basic information

  • Action → what happened

  • Result → success or failure

  • Application → where the action occurred

  • Time → when it happened

  • Description → additional context

Actor

  • User → who performed the action

  • IP address

  • Device / browser (user agent)

  • Location

Target

  • The system, app, or resource affected

Technical metadata

  • Event ID

  • Organization ID

  • Session ID

  • Source system

4. How to use Activity log

Use Activity log to:

  • Review recent sign-ins

  • Detect suspicious activity

  • Track changes to your account

  • Investigate failed actions


5. What to do if something looks suspicious

If you see an activity you don’t recognize:

  1. Review the details (device, location, time)

  2. Change your password immediately

  3. Contact your organization admin if needed


6. Important notes

  • Activity log shows events recorded by your organization’s system

  • Some activities may be monitored for security purposes

  • Not all actions can be reversed

  • Logs are for visibility and auditing
