Manage Your Account Profile

View and update your personal account information, such as your name, birthday, email, phone number, and language preferences. The ability to edit specific fields depends on your organization's securi

1. View Your Profile Information

To view your account details:

  1. Go to Profile

  2. Select Account profile

You may see information such as:

  • Profile photo

  • Full name

  • Gender

  • Birthday

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Language

  • Time zone

  • Account creation date

  • Last updated date

Note: The information displayed may vary depending on your organization’s configuration.


2. Edit Your Profile Information

If your organization allows editing, you can update selected profile fields.

  1. Open Account profile

  2. Tap the field you want to update

  3. Enter or select the new value

  4. Tap Save

Note: Some fields may be read-only and cannot be changed.


3. Fields You May Be Able to Edit

Depending on your organization’s policies, you may be allowed to update:

  • First name / Last name

  • Gender

  • Birthday

  • Phone number

  • Preferred language

  • Time zone

Important: Your organization determines which fields can be edited. Some organizations may restrict updates to sensitive fields such as email or phone number.


4. Update Specific Fields

Full Name

  1. Tap Full name

  2. Enter your first and last name

  3. Tap Save

Gender

  1. Tap Gender

  2. Select one of the available options

  3. Tap Save

Birthday

  1. Tap Birthday

  2. Select your date of birth

  3. Tap Save

Phone Number

  1. Tap Phone number

  2. Select your country/region code

  3. Enter your phone number

  4. Tap Save

Additional verification may be required.

Language

  1. Tap Language

  2. Select your preferred language

  3. Tap Save

Time Zone

  1. Tap Time zone

  2. Select your time zone

  3. Tap Save


5. Troubleshooting

I cannot edit a field

Your organization may have disabled editing for that field.

The Save button is disabled

The value may be invalid or unchanged.

I am asked to verify my identity

This is a security requirement before sensitive information can be updated.

My changes are not saved

Check your internet connection and try again.


6. Important Notes

  • Your account is owned and managed by your organization.

  • Some profile fields may be synchronized from your organization’s directory.

  • Certain changes may require additional verification.

  • Editing permissions vary by organization policy.

  • Profile updates may be visible to your organization’s administrators.
