Create a new Vault
What you’ll do: Create a vault online or offline with a Master Password.
Why it matters: Correct setup and ID assignment avoid sync conflicts later.
Steps
Vaults → New Vault.
Offline limit: up to 10 offline vaults per account until your next online sign-in (prevents ID collisions across devices).
Set a Password for the Vault Slot.
(Optional) Add a Shadow Layer later.
Common mistakes
Reusing the password for the vault.
Exceeding the offline limit (you’ll be prompted to sign in once to refresh your ID pool).
