Q. How many people can I share with at once? A. 5 recipients per action by default. Higher plans may increase this limit.

Q. What if the recipient hasn’t set up the app? A. They’ll see: “Please finish setting up Oten Drive to access this share.” They must complete setup first.

Q. What do roles mean? A. Owner manages members and policies; Editor can modify content; Viewer is read-only.

Q. Should I use a Share Password? A. Recommended for sensitive content; pair it with an expiration for reduced risk.
