Your report helps our team review potential threats and improve protection for the wider community.
Use this feature when a website looks suspicious, asks for sensitive information, redirects unexpectedly, impersonates a brand, or appears to be part of a scam or phishing attempt.
What You Can Report
You can report URLs that may be related to:
Phishing pages
Fake login portals
Scam websites
Fraudulent online shops
Malware or unsafe downloads
Brand impersonation
Suspicious redirects
Spam or abuse pages
Websites asking for sensitive information in a suspicious way
How to Report a URL
Follow these steps to submit a suspicious URL:
Step 1: Enter the Suspicious Website Copy and paste the URL you want to report into the Suspicious Website field. Make sure the URL includes the full address (e.g., https://example.com).
Step 2: Select the Suspicious Type
Choose the most relevant threat type from the Suspicious Type dropdown.
This helps categorize your report and route it for proper review.
Examples may include:
Phishing
Scam
Malware
Fake shop
Brand impersonation
Suspicious redirect
Other suspicious activity
If you are not sure which type to choose, select the option that best describes what you noticed.
Step 3: Add Optional Comments Use the description field to explain why the URL seems suspicious.
Helpful details may include:
Where you found the link
What the website asked you to do
Whether it looked like a fake brand or login page
Whether it redirected you somewhere unexpected
Any warning signs you noticed
Whether you received it by email, SMS, chat, ad, or social media

Step 4: Enter Your Email (Optional)
You may provide your email address if you are comfortable being contacted for more information.
This step is optional.
Your email may be used only if our team needs additional details to complete the investigation.
Step 5: Upload Evidence (Optional)
You can upload screenshots to support your report.
Evidence can help our team understand what you saw when visiting the suspicious page.

Each image can be up to 5MB
Use clear screenshots that show the suspicious page, message, warning, or redirect

Step 6: Submit the Report
After completing the form, click Submit Report.
Once submitted, your report will be sent to the Oten Trust security team for review.
What Happens After You Submit
After your report is submitted, our team will review the information provided.
The review process may include:
Verifying the submitted URL
Checking domain and hosting information
Reviewing website behavior
Checking reputation and blacklist signals
Analyzing screenshots or uploaded evidence
Assessing whether the website may be harmful
Taking necessary action to help protect users
If you provided an email address, our team may contact you if more information is needed.
Before You Submit
To help keep yourself safe, avoid interacting further with the suspicious website.

Enter passwords
Submit payment details
Download files
Share personal information
Approve login requests
Contact suspicious support numbers shown on the page
