🚀 What's New in this Release

• Become an Oten Developer Introduced the flow for enabling Developer Portal access from the Admin Portal. Organization administrators can open the setup modal, enable or disable Developer Portal for selected workspaces, and control which workspaces are allowed to use developer capabilities. Developer Portal access is now resolved based on workspace permissions. Workspace owners can manage developer access for workspace members, and members can only access the Developer Portal when they have the required permission in the selected workspace.

• App management: Workspace access configuration Added workspace access configuration for apps in Oten Admin. Admins can define whether an app is enabled or disabled by default across workspaces and configure workspace-level exceptions when needed.

• Revamped Oten Store app management Updated how apps are displayed and managed on Oten Store, including the app list, app detail page, Manage CTA, and Request early access CTA. This helps users better understand app availability and the correct action they can take for each app.

• Workspace iframe integration support Improved support for apps embedded inside Oten Workspace through iframe content. Workspace can now better handle mouse interactions with iframe apps and pass parameters from the parent workspace to embedded apps.

• Improved Workspace Team & Access experience Enhanced the Groups flow UI/UX under Workspace Team & Access to make member and access management clearer and easier for workspace administrators.

• Workspace role and privilege management enhancement Improved workspace role handling by supporting the change from Workspace Admin system role to custom role behavior. Also enhanced the mapping and revoking of Developer Portal privileges from Workspace.

• Activity log enhancement for role revocation Updated activity logging to record direct role revocation actions, helping administrators better track access changes within a workspace.

• Multi-language support enhancement Added multi-language support for App management workspace access configuration, Apps on Oten Store, and Developer Portal. The language switcher has also been moved to the Profile dropdown for a more consistent experience across Workspace, Developer Portal, and Store.

• Responsive experience improvement Improved responsive support for App management workspace access configuration and Apps on Oten Store, providing a smoother experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Developer Portal basic information enhancement Enhanced the Basic Info section in Developer Portal by improving the Description field, allowing developers to provide clearer app information.
