🚀 What's New in this Release

  • App Management for Organization & Workspace

    We’ve introduced a new app management model aligned with the organization's subscription plan. Organizations that subscribe to a pricing plan containing applications such as Oten KMS, Oten Drive will automatically have these apps available at the organization level. Key updates include:

    • Apps included in the organization's subscription plan are automatically provisioned and available within the organization.

    • By default, these apps are enabled for all workspaces in the organization.

    • Workspace Owners can now:

      • View available applications in their workspace.

      • Access app details and information.

      • Add applications to their workspace for use.

      • Remove applications from their workspace when no longer needed.

    • Improved app visibility and management experience across both Organization and Workspace levels.

⚙️ Improvement

  • Unified Access Token Across the Oten Platform

    We've improved the authentication experience by synchronizing access tokens across the Oten Work Platform ecosystem, including:

    • Oten Store

    • Oten Developer Portal

    • Oten Workspace

    • Oten Account

    • Oten Admin
