This is where the Organization Admin can view an overview of the API Platform, from quota usage to setting shared policies that all Workspaces can use based on allocation.

This is where the Organization Admin sets shared policies for all Workspaces to follow:
The Global Default Policy is your standard baseline — applies to every workspace without a custom setting.

Organization Admin must follow the Organization’s current quota limits, including the number of API calls and the maximum number of encryption keys that can be created across Workspaces. This ensures the global rules can be applied correctly.
